Hello, there! I’m an ambitious and results-driven Engineering Manager with a diverse background of 13 years, specializing in overseeing complex software and hardware projects, as well as managing dynamic teams across startups, corporations, and medium businesses. I take pride in my track record of revitalizing teams, delivering successful projects, and fostering a low-rotation rate environment that prioritizes my team’s needs and career growth.
My expertise spans various fields from hardware platforms to software development, product design, and distribution. I’m well-versed in quality standards and EU regulations for medical and automotive products, ensuring compliance and promoting excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, my proficiency extends to guiding technical decisions in alignment with business goals, risk mitigation, and team expertise.
Outside of my professional realm, I’m an avid reader and a film enthusiast with a particular liking for science fiction and high-quality fantasy. I’m a big fan of LEGO and enjoy climbing mountains. Interestingly, I also have a keen interest in PC building, tinkering, and love to engage in intellectual debates about ideas. However, don’t be fooled by my seriousness; I love to let loose and fool around whenever possible.
Admittedly, I have a strong aversion to boredom, being stationary, and emotional decisions. In a twist of irony, I admit that I’m not fond of irony. I believe that serious discussions should be reserved for necessary times and not every situation warrants it.
In my quest to continuously learn and grow, I’m constantly seeking out new knowledge, tools, and technologies to enhance my skills. Currently, I’m harnessing my proficiency with AI assisted management tools to build, run, and scale workflows.
